    The room sizes need more attention, some bathrooms can be cramped!!! A better ventilation system would enhance overall comfort, especially in colder months!!!

    Excellent little and pleasant place, I enjoyed very helpful personnel.

    Its location at a medium distance from Tunnel Square was exceptionally nice! There were a shopping street and many nice shops around the hotel. The room with a very comfortable bed.

    Hotel was fantastic little, I liked the stay.

    everything was modern, magnificent location right by galata tower and bosporus, center and the tourist area, very very good experience. the atmosphere created was quiet. the room i stayed in was reasonably large and nice styled with terrace. the room had a mini-fridge-bar, coffee/tea making facilities and a dining area plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

    The living room was dark, and not comfortable, it's like they never heard of lighting, right? Not enough plugs everywhere, I had to charge my phone in the kitchen like I was in a camp! It woudl ve been nice to receive some extra attention, maybe an upgrade, but I guess that's too much to ask for.

    great location,, but some room aspects need attention

    The family suite was spacious with separate bedrooms. The kitchenette was a great asset, great to prepare quick meals after our daytime outings. We loved the city view from our balcony. It added a lovely touch to our mornings. Near the tram station, we easily accessed major attractions.

    The bathroom felt cramped and could benefit from better ventilation.

    Ideal for a family stay

    The location is excellent, just a short walk to the famous landmarks. The kitchenette was a lifesaver after some long days out with the kids, we managed to reheat leftovers and even whip up breakfast.

    It wasn't the cheapest option on the block but I guess you pay for value.

    We had a blast here! The location is perfect for exploring. We enjoyed visiting cool places nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Don't miss trying the delicious Turkish coffee at the cafe next door.

    On a couple of occasions, the cleaning could have been quicker, and we needed to ask for clean towels more than once.
